The Humanitarian Aid Commission of Sudan granted the organization official accreditation, cementing its standing as a trusted partner in reconstruction and humanitarian service delivery, in recognition of its record since 2013 and its impact across more than 220 projects. The General Assembly also elected its ten-secretariat Executive Office, led by Secretary-General Ibrahim Abdalla Ahmed.
The Executive Office, meeting with the Board of Trustees, approved plans and programmes for the coming phase, stressing the need to promptly begin short- and medium-term projects and strengthen networking with national and foreign organizations for sustainable-impact projects.
