A Sudanese digital initiative that does not stop at raising awareness on digital platforms, but puts technology to work delivering real health support for women and girls, remotely and wherever they are.
Haboba is not just an awareness account. It is a project that puts technology to work supporting women's health directly — real consultations, and trustworthy information reaching those who need it, not just content that is published and forgotten.
Supporting women's health across Sudan digitally, so that healthcare and accurate information reach every woman and girl wherever they are, by putting technology to real use in supporting their health, not simply raising awareness through digital platforms alone.
Providing trustworthy remote women's health consultations, publishing accurate information on menstruation, puberty and pregnancy, alongside working to rehabilitate women's health and maternity facilities, and offering psychological support to survivors of sexual violence.
From direct consultations with female doctors to trustworthy information, Haboba works on more than one track at once to serve women's health.

HABOUBA PINK PATHWAY
A one-month information and awareness project on breast health, delivered by Asham Al-Watan Development Organization during Pink October 2026, with direct community activities in Al-Damar Locality, River Nile State, and wider digital reach covering Sudan.
Many women may have questions about breast health, or notice changes that worry them, without knowing which changes call for a medical assessment, where the right service is available, what kind it is, what it costs, or how to reach the relevant provider. The Haboba Pink Pathway addresses this information gap through an integrated model with five components:
Across Haboba's existing social platforms, covering all of October.
A dedicated breast-health service, communicating in simple, clear Sudanese language.
Containing accurate information on the health facilities, initiatives and screening services available.
To answer questions that need clarification beyond general automated information.
Direct activities supported by printed educational materials.
The information base is ready for medical review during September 2026, and the project is awaiting funding to launch with Pink October. If you are a donor organization or a potential partner, get in touch.
